QOwnNotes is an open source (GPL) plain-text file notepad with markdown support and to do list manager developed to work on most OS that (optionally) works together with the notes application of ownCloud (or Nextcloud).

This application is offering you the possibility store all your notes as plain-text files on your desktop computer, sync them over devices (desktop or mobile) with your ownCloud or Nextcloud sync client. If you need to edit your notes in the web, you can use ownCloud Notes.
